Do you ship outside the United States?

While we are still a US-based company we love sharing Very Lovely Soles with the world! In most cases we CAN accommodate shipping outside the United States so please contact us at info@verylovelysoles.com, Subject: International, for availability and shipping rates.

 

Do you ship to P.O Boxes?

Yes!

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

Our payment system on www.verylovelysoles.com is run through a secure platform via Paypal, which accepts ALL major credit cards.

 

Can I place my order over the phone?

We get it, we like human interaction, too! Call us anytime Monday-Friday 9am- 5pm at 914-607-2985 and we’ll talk shoes and place your order for you.

 

Do styles ever go on sale?

We work on very tight margins to give you the best bang for your buck all year round so we limit our sales to twice a year when we need to clear out inventory to make room for fresh, new styles. To find out when our bi-annual sales are, sign up to receive our newsletter at www.verylovelysoles.com (we respect your inbox and only send emails when we have something important to share!) and follow us on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter to find out about sales, social media giveaways, events and more!

 

Do you offer customization options?

We love to make our customers happy and create styles that are truly unique. While we currently only offer custom options for our bridal collection on our website, you never know until you ask! Email us at info@verylovelysoles.com, Subject: Custom Pair, and we’ll see what we can do!

 

Gift Card Terms

Very Lovely Soles gift cards may only be redeemed online at www.verylovelysoles.com. No service fees or expiration dates apply. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and are final sale. Very Lovely Soles is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. We currently offer only Digital Gift Cards.
